BUILD 2
New in 1.1

From companion to ownership assistant.

Version 1.1 is built around the moments between drives: keeping the car healthy, making a huge trip library usable and learning the routes you repeat.

01 · VEHICLE CARE

Know what needs attention.

Maintenance, warranty context and recent alerts are ranked by urgency using saved mileage, time and recent driving—without waking a parked car.

02 · RECURRING ROUTES

See the pattern behind the trips.

Both directions of a regular route live under one stable group with trends, cost, distance bands and matched-trip comparisons. Individual drives remain intact.

03 · SERIOUS HISTORY

Fast with ten thousand drives.

Recent trips stay instant, while search, filters, month and year jumps and bounded pages keep deep history useful on-device and on the web.

Home

Everything important, before the first scroll.

Battery, range, vehicle state, last position, weekly activity and personal driving context arrive from saved state. Opening VoltDash does not wake your parked Tesla.

  • Compact iPhone navigation and a purpose-built iPad layout.
  • Freshness and offline state are visible, never implied.
  • Quick actions require live connectivity and are never queued offline.

Web platform

The whole story, with room to breathe.

Current captures from the same 1.1 platform, filled with fictional demo data so the newest dashboard can be shown without exposing a real driver.

Vehicle Care

A calmer way to own the car.

Start from what is actually known. VoltDash never calls maintenance overdue without a baseline, keeps manufacturer guidance separate from estimates and makes corrections auditable.

Maintenance, warranty, alerts and your notification inbox remain available in the encrypted offline mirror. Writes wait for a real connection.

Changelog

v1.1.0 31 Jul 2026
features
  • Vehicle Care turns VoltDash into a proactive ownership assistant on iPhone and web. It ranks what needs attention now, what is coming soon and what can wait, using stored mileage, time intervals, APK dates and recent driving patterns without waking the car.
  • Maintenance history now supports starting points, completed work, auditable corrections, tire-replacement cycle resets, custom tasks, provider notes, costs, ordering state and a portable JSON export. Dutch Tesla and RDW guidance is source-attributed and warranty estimates are clearly separated from exact Tesla data.
  • The iPhone app keeps maintenance, warranty, vehicle-alert and notification-inbox data in its offline mirror, opens notifications at the exact authorized item, and makes online-only writes explicit. New Vehicle Care and inbox surfaces include Dutch and English localization.
  • Trips on iPhone now opens with an honest all-history summary, eight recent items, a bounded All Trips archive, month and year jumps, local search, detailed filters and every existing trip detail still available.
  • Recurring routes combine both driving directions under stable route IDs without deleting individual trips. Each person can name, pin, compact or hide a route independently, then explore route trends, distance bands, monthly usage, costs and matched trip comparisons.
  • Smart trip grouping is enabled by default on iPhone and lives with the trip filters. Frequently driven endpoint patterns appear as separate summary cards with trip count, average cost, average distance, duration, efficiency, total distance and last-driven date, while Latest Trips always remains chronological.
  • VoltDash now offers Lite at €7.99, Starter at €12.99 and Plus at €24.99 per month through the App Store, with a seven-day Plus trial. Mollie is tier-ready in the backend but both public and server-side web checkout remain disabled.
fixes
  • Maintenance is never marked overdue without a known starting point, low-mileage vehicles no longer receive invented calendar forecasts, and reminder stages are deduplicated per user, item and maintenance cycle.
  • Owners keep control of the shared maintenance ledger while drivers can read it and manage only their own snoozes and notification preferences. Mobile notification deletions now propagate as tombstones even when initiated from the website or retention cleanup.
  • Tesla alert handling is conservative, user-scoped and idempotent; warranty odometer limits normalize miles to kilometres; tire-pressure warnings include freshness so stale readings are not presented as current facts.
  • Latest Trips always shows individual drives in chronological order. Smart groups no longer remove repeated drives from that timeline, and variable-length loops show their observed distance range instead of implying every loop was identical.
performance
  • Care opens from cached server projections and refreshes in the background. Warranty and recent-alert checks run on a bounded daily schedule and opening either the website or iPhone Care screen never triggers a vehicle wake.
  • A weighted 30/90-day mileage forecast adapts planning prominence to the driver's actual usage while keeping manufacturer intervals unchanged, and all calculations remain centralized on the server for web/iPhone parity.
  • Trip history pages, filters and recurring-route pages use indexed bounded queries and an offline Core Data mirror. A 10,000-trip library stays paged instead of becoming one endless in-memory list.
